Before starting a private practice, I worked with combat veterans from Vietnam, Iraq, and Afghanistan at the Seattle Vet Center, and I also worked with homeless women and children in transitional housing in association with Vision House. One of my favorite endeavors was a humanitarian trip with the organization Until Then, working with impoverished women and children suffering from AIDS in the village of Dagga in Kenya, Africa. Over the years I have been afforded the opportunity to sit with thousands of people listening to and witnessing their transitions in living. My experience in working with a large and diverse number of people has given me the ability to work with clients on a deeply authentic healing level, helping to create a space where together we find powerful, meaningful solutions to life.
